Working with Prose Refinery
This page explains the services offered on this website. Your written project quote sets out the agreed scope, price, payment dates and approval milestones before work starts.
Website rebuilds
Fixed quote. Half to start, half when you approve the live site, or split it into three monthly payments. Your quote identifies the pages, content work and integrations included, what you will supply and any third-party subscriptions. The usual build time is about three weeks.
AI front desks
One-time setup, then a monthly fee that covers website chat, up to 1,000 conversations. Month to month, cancel any time. Free setup with a website rebuild. The service covers website chat only. We agree any upgrade before exceeding 1,000 conversations a month.
Once you have supplied your prices, hours and policies, the front desk will be live within 14 days or your setup fee is refunded.
Care and hosting
Optional maintenance after launch. Month to month. You pay your hosting provider directly; hosting fees are separate. The care plan includes security updates, daily backups on your hosting account, up to two hours of changes a month and monthly checks.
Ownership and approval
The domain stays in your name. At launch, you receive the code and account access. We launch when you approve the work.
